DESCRIPTION CME Available - Self-assessment examinations are a valuable teaching and program assessment tool for residency and fellows. They are also a good resource for physicians to brush up on their EDX knowledge, to study for the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM) or neuromuscular medicine certification examinations, or to use to meet primary board Maintenance of Certification (MOC) requirements. The self-study SAE provides an excellent study guide and self-assessment tool to take and review at your own pace.
Each examination includes:
1. 1-hour waveform and muscle identification examination.
2. 2-hour written examination.
3. Answer sheets for self-scoring.
4. Summary of national results.
5. 2-hour review session booklet.:
The EDXSAE offers CME credit after completing the EDXSAE Review Session. The AANEM designates this enduring material for a maximum of 8.5AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Credit expires 06/30/13.
