The AANEM is offering a recorded session to help improve EDX physicians' understanding of the elements required for a quality EDX report. If you are considering accrediting your lab or looking for a quality improvement initiative to meet your MOC requirements - you will want to get this session!
Objectives
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Recognize important needle EMG and NCS examination information recommended for creating quality reports.
• Identify the best way to present needle EMG and NCS examination information on a report.
Intended audience
Physicians performing Needle EMG and Nerve Conduction Studies, who wish to strengthen their report writing or who wish to meet AANEM laboratory accreditation requirements.
The AANEM has determined that the estimated study time for completing this CME activity is 0.75 hours and designates this educational activity for a maximum of 0.75 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Credit expires 3/25/14. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
